These are great to serve around St. Patricks day, but are just as tasty any other time of year =)
INGREDIENTS:
Start out by baking your cupcakes as directed on the box, with the shot of guinness added to the mixture. When cooked through, pull them out and let cool.
- Your favorite chocolate cake mix (and the ingredients)
- Guinness
- Shot of Jameson
- 2 Shots of Baileys
- Vanilla frosting (or make your own frosting 1 cup whole milk and 2 cups confectioners sugar)
- green food coloring
Start out by baking your cupcakes as directed on the box, with the shot of guinness added to the mixture. When cooked through, pull them out and let cool.
While the cupcakes are cooling, make your frosting in a mixer or place the store bought vanilla frosting into the mixer if you prefer. Add the green food coloring, jameson, and baileys... mix well.
Once the cupcakes are cooled, put on the frosting and serve with a small glass of guinness!
